How to install an eSIM using a QR Code on Samsung Devices

Before attempting to install the eSIM, there are three main things you will need:

  • A strong internet connection - Ideally you will need to either be connected to Wi-fi or have a good 4G signal

  • An eSIM compatible device

  • Unlocked device

After installation, ensure that "Data Roaming" is Enabled/ON. Otherwise your data will not work.

1. Go to Settings > Connections > SIM manager > Add eSIM Screenshot_20230413_130417_Settings.jpgScreenshot_20230413_130428_Settings.jpgScreenshot_20230413_130451_Call_settings.jpg

2. Scan the "QR Code" given through your eSIMs  bundles account. You can find this information in the confirmation email or on the order confirmation page, or in the Seyyah Mobile account page.
