GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

VALIDITY OF GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These General Terms and Conditions are applicable to all services provided by Seyyah Mobile LLC, hereinafter referred to as Seyyah Mobile, related to the resale of prepaid eSIMs. These General Terms and Conditions are available on the website https://www.SeyyahMobile.com. Seyyah Mobile may only accept variations to these clauses through explicit written agreements.

This internet data service supply and service is provided through Yanıçar Ltd. Şti. (Hello otel) and AEG A.Ş.

DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES

2.1. eSIM RESELLING

Seyyah Mobile specializes in reselling prepaid eSIMs. Customers can register and purchase SIM cards on the website https://www.SeyyahMobile.com and/or Seyyah Mobile App. Payments are processed through PayPal (https://paypal.com) and Stripe (https://stripe.com) with an alias of your credit card (virtual Credit Card Imprint).

2.2. REGISTRATION FOR USING SEYYAH MOBILE SERVICES

To utilize Seyyah Mobile services, customers must accept the General Terms and Conditions. The customer provides the following information directly or through service providers (Hotels, Travel Agencies, etc.) on the website https://www.SeyyahMobile.com: First Name, Last Name, Address (billing address), Email address.

2.3. SEYYAH MOBILE ENGAGEMENTS

Seyyah Mobile is committed to providing quality services to customers. However, Seyyah Mobile does not guarantee uninterrupted, timely, safe, or fault-free service.

2.4. CUSTOMER ENGAGEMENTS

While using equipment or services provided by Seyyah Mobile, customers must refrain from engaging in abusive, illegal, or fraudulent actions that impair or damage the network. Seyyah Mobile may suspend a customer's service for breaches under Section 2.4, and the customer must continue to pay all charges during the suspension.

2.5. DEVICE COMPATIBILITY

Customers are responsible for ensuring their devices are eSIM compatible and network-unlocked. Device compatibility may vary based on the carrier and country of origin. Customers must check the list of eSIM-compatible devices provided during checkout. By confirming their device's compatibility, customers take responsibility for the accuracy of the information provided. The eSIM compatibility list may not be exhaustive, and newly announced eSIM-compatible devices may need to be added.

START, DURATION, AND TERMINATION OF THE CONTRACT

The service contract between Seyyah Mobile and the customer initiates upon completing the order on the Seyyah Mobile website (https://www.SeyyahMobile.com) or via the Seyyah Mobile app. The activation of the eSIM and adherence to the Activation Policy are the customer's responsibilities. The contract terminates if the customer lacks an active data package or deletes the eSIM from the target device.

CHARGES AND PAYMENT

3.1. PAYMENT CONDITIONS

Seyyah Mobile accepts payments through Credit/Debit Card, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and Alipay. Payment currency is in US Dollars ($). Credit card transactions are processed securely through Seyyah Mobile's providers PayPal (https://paypal.com) and Stripe (https://stripe.com).

3.2. CHARGES FOR USE

3.2.1. Seyyah Mobile states that all charges are inclusive of VAT unless otherwise specified.

3.2.2. The customer cannot offset their claims against Seyyah Mobile's claims, except when the customer's claims are undisputed or confirmed by a final court judgment.

DELIVERY

Customers can find their purchased eSIM under the "My eSIMs" tab on the Seyyah Mobile website (https://www.SeyyahMobile.com) and/or the Seyyah Mobile app. Customers receive a confirmation email after purchase. Installation instructions for the eSIM are available only on the user's Seyyah Mobile account.

REFUND / CANCELLATION / MODIFICATION POLICY

Customers have the right to request a refund or eSIM replacement if technical issues prevent eSIM installation and use.

5.1. REFUNDS AND CANCELLATION

5.1.1. POLICIES AND GUIDELINES

Refund requests can be made within thirty (30) days from the purchase date when activation becomes impossible after extensive collaborative troubleshooting.

5.1.2. Cooperation with the customer to promptly resolve the issue is required for a refund.

5.1.3. Each data package has its own validity period, and no refunds are offered for remaining data after expiration.

5.1.4. Compensation: No refunds or remuneration will be issued for charges from alternate phones, SIM cards, providers, hotel phones, or other unrelated charges (see section 7. LIABILITY AND WARRANTY in our Terms and Conditions).

5.1.5. Fraudulent purchases: Seyyah Mobile reserves the right to refuse refunds in case of abuse, violations of Terms and Conditions, or fraudulent activity.

5.1.6. Unauthorized purchases: Refunds for such cases are subject to investigation and approval; Seyyah Mobile may suspend accounts associated with fraudulent activity.

5.1.7. Accidental purchases: Once an eSIM is installed, it is considered used, and no refunds will be issued.

5.1.8. Incorrect charges: Customers disputing invoices must notify Seyyah Mobile within twelve (12) days of receipt, providing details of the discrepancy (see section 4.2 CHARGES FOR USE under Terms and Conditions).

5.1.9. Other Reasons: Requests outside the above criteria will be investigated on a case-by-case basis. Approved refunds may be subject to processing fees, not exceeding the total paid by the customer.

5.1.10. REFUND PROCESS

To request a refund, contact Seyyah Mobile's support team via the Contact Us page or send a message to support@SeyyahMobile.com. Refund policies mentioned above will apply. Additional information may be requested depending on the nature of the issue.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and may take up to thirty (30) business days to appear on the statement, depending on the bank.

MODIFICATION

eSIM data packages from Seyyah Mobile are offered as-is, and no further modifications or customization can be made based on individual requests once purchased.

LIABILITY AND WARRANTY

Seyyah Mobile is not responsible for detriments arising from the unavailability of the proposed service. Seyyah Mobile does not guarantee constant network service availability.
